Hello Andrea,

  well, in seems there is a design flaw in scsitools-pre.sh because it
guesses /proc is not already mounted, which is wrong in sarge.  I guess
that now /proc is mounted really early, scsitools does not need to
mount/umount it.
However I don't have spare time to work on it until next week, so you
can do NMU if you want it to be fixed immediately.
