Can we at least get an acknowledgement > on this? IMHO this is fixed by now: The package is now installable in a foreign- architecture. So, it can be installed like this dpkg --add-architecture i386 apt-get update apt-get install --no-install-recommends libasound2-plugins:i386 (if you are unlucky, apt-get will choose the wrong version of libjack: THe same version must be installed for both architectures)
