Package: libgeier0 Version: 0.13-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable Followup-For: Bug #675513
Dear Maintainer, the purpose of libgeier is to send VAT reports to the IRS (or rather the German equivalent). The xmlsec incompatibility issue makes that impossible, so I'm raising the severity to grave. Simply recompiling libgeier in Wheezy fixed the issue for me, too. So all that's needed to fix it for Wheezy (which is frozen, so shouldn't receive any incompatible libxmlsec1 updates AIUI) is to force a rebuild of this package. Kudos for maintaining this package, BTW! -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: armel (armv7l) Kernel: Linux 3.0.19-mimosa-5-01574-gd4cfabf (PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_GB, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libgeier0 depends on: ii libc6 2.13-33 ii libnspr4 2:4.9.1-1 ii libnspr4-0d 2:4.9.1-1 ii libnss3 2:3.13.5-1 ii libnss3-1d 2:3.13.5-1 ii libxml2 2.8.0+dfsg1-4 ii libxmlsec1 1.2.18-1 ii libxmlsec1-nss 1.2.18-1 ii libxslt1.1 1.1.26-12+rebuild1 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.7.dfsg-13 libgeier0 recommends no packages. libgeier0 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
