The user found a bug in emacs and reported it against the emacs package, which corresponds to the emacs24 source. But the real bug was not in the emacs24 source, but in emacs23. I don't see the point of having emacs from src:emacs24 depending on emacs23. IMHO, you should have kept Package: emacs Source: emacs23 Version: 23.4+1-3 and the emacs24 source shouldn't have an emacs binary package until it is ready to depend on emacs24. -- Vincent Lefèvre <vinc...@vinc17.net> - Web: <http://www.vinc17.net/> 100% accessible validated (X)HTML - Blog: <http://www.vinc17.net/blog/> Work: CR INRIA - computer arithmetic / AriC project (LIP, ENS-Lyon) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
