I did not notice that the previous version 1.0.1-1 accepted at
2012-04-28 does not promote to 'testing'. I thought that the new
version 1.0.1-2 of this mail fixes bugs of 1.0.1-1 in testing.

Yes, 1.0.1.-1 had significant changes. However, it should have been in
'testing' before the freeze. In such a situation, can't I request an
unblock?
