Hi, just stumbled over this report and have to add a "me too" to the unreproducable bit, on GNOME only and am64 though. I'd say this should be downgraded to "important" as the package works for most users and does not actually produce any data loss (or did it erase files while crashing? or crashed *after* you did some work in it?)
