Package: bugs.debian.org
Severity: normal

Dear Debian folks,

if the sent email and received email are *not* stored in the same
folder, threading is broken, because the »Bug#nnnnnn: Info received:«
messages only contain the message ID of the email replied to in the
`References` header.

Instead this should be the `In-Reply-To` header field and the
`References` should copy the list from the message it replies to and add
the Message-ID of the message replied to to it.

Thanks,

Paul
