This was a one time occurrence. The circumstances are:
- anacron is running the cron.daily/weekly/monthly (there systems are
not always on to rely on cron)
- unattended-upgrades is executed also daily, thus «cron» was upgraded
and "standard" script was removed
- when anacron wanted to execute "standard" script it could not find.

I think we should close this bug with the same version of cron. Sorry
for this waste of time. :-(
