Anything involving local sync (= synchronization between two backends)
will require syncevo-local-sync.

I have some more bug fixes coming in 1.2.99.2 (tagged and in final
testing phase). One of them is a fix for a regression on 1.2.99.1; I
hope that these kind of fixes will be accepted.
