Hi,
I have uploaded dhelp version 0.6.21+nmu1 to the 5-day delayed
queue. I'm attaching the patch for it. It reflects in debian/control
the changes that I already had sent to #678055, removing the package's
dependency on ruby-commandline.
Once this package hits unstable, I will ask the Release Team for a
freeze exemption, so we can remove ruby-commandline from Wheezy
(#679300).
