This is due to bug http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=634089 which makes invalid jars. As it is now fixed all that is needed is a rebuild and re-upload. I've just done that with a -3 version, (as an update to current SVN version doesn't run for other reasons).
