I'm not sure... I put pam_systemd.so back into
common-session-noninteractive, then ran 'sudo -s', and checked the
contents of /sys/fs/cgroup/user. The PAM module doesn't seem to be
creating a 'root' directory in there at all now. I'm not sure if this is
due to a change in sudo or systemd...
