Package: libpython3.1 Version: 3.1.3-1 Severity: important Hey,
it seems that python3.1 is somehow vulnerable to CVE-2011-3389 (the so-called BEAST attack) since it'll by default disable the workaround provided by OpenSSL. This is fixed starting 3.1.5, according to http://www.python.org/download/releases/3.1.5/ Regards, -- Yves-Alexis -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-2-grsec-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
