Hi all, (taking tex-l...@tug.org from the list, that has NOTHING to do with texlive upsream!, and breaking the thread)

Should the other info files be given empty @direntry I see a few not necessarily exclusive solutions: - simple and quick: move the dircategory/info declarations from the lilypond-web.info to the respective .texi files. - long term: allow a way to make install-info ignore these files Currently update-info-dir (in /u/sbin) just uses all files from the info dir, skipping over dir/dirgz/-324 /png files (see script for exact list). One could install some of these files with the extension .sinfo and make update-info-dir skip these files - move the info file that do NOT contain dirsections, to a completely different dircetory, and include in the main lilypond-web.info links with full path to these files. (not sure if that will work out) Any further suggestions, or remarks to the above?
