That's trivially reproducible. Install squeeze, rm /etc/init.d/mountoverflowtmp, replace squeeze with wheezy in sources.list, apt-get update, apt-get dist-ugprade. Hint: the postinst's being set -e, and your calling update-rc.d unconditionally on scripts that can go away (they're conffiles) is probably a bad idea. This problem probably affects more or less all other scripts, even if I haven't had reasons to kill those and notice that. (And no, I won't check myself, I think I've done my part of reproducibility checks already.) Mraw, KiBi.
