Package: vim-runtime Version: 2:7.3.547-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I just recently did apt-get upgrade and found out that vim is no longer letting me open files using ftp using the vim ftp://* The errors that I get are: Error detected while processing function netrw#Nread..netrw#NetRead: line 199: E116: Invalid arguments for function exists("g:netrw_uid" && g:netrw_uid != "" E15: Invalid expression: exists("g:netrw_uid" && g:netrw_uid != "" And after a few seconds I get: You aren't logged in ftp: bind: Address already in use I'm almost sure this has nothing to do with the ftp server I'm connecting to because I've never had this problem until I upgrated.
