Package: util-linux Version: 2.20.1-1ubuntu3 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
I am forwarding this bug from Launchpad: "Applications in the default desktop - specifically gnome-disk-utility - depend on behaviour only introduced in util-linux 2.21+. Specifically if you select "Show in user interface" in mount options, it adds the mount option "x-gvfs- show" to the mount options in /etc/fstab. Mounting of this mount point then fails because the option is unrecognised." A new upstream version of util-linux is available for packaging. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers quantal-updates APT policy: (500, 'quantal-updates'), (500, 'quantal-security'), (500, 'quantal'), (100, 'quantal-backports') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.4.0-5-generic (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages util-linux depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.44ubuntu1 ii dpkg 1.16.4.3ubuntu1 ii install-info 4.13a.dfsg.1-10ubuntu1 ii libblkid1 2.20.1-1ubuntu3 ii libc6 2.15-0ubuntu14 ii libncurses5 5.9-9 ii libselinux1 2.1.9-5ubuntu1 ii libslang2 2.2.4-10ubuntu1 ii libtinfo5 5.9-9 ii libuuid1 2.20.1-1ubuntu3 ii lsb-base 4.0-0ubuntu22 ii tzdata 2012c-1 ii upstart [upstart-job] 1.5-0ubuntu7 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3.4.dfsg-3ubuntu4 util-linux recommends no packages.
