Hi David I attempted to reproduce the problem to provide the debug output you requested.
I could not reproduce it in a new terminal. So I returned to the original and the problem was there. However upon closing and reopening it the problem went away. So I suggest closing the bug as unreprucible. Sorry for wasting your time.
