Hmmm, given this is the short descriptiuon, I would say no. I really
recommend some "opened" question, ending with a colon:

"Host running the GNUmed database:"

Actually, please send me the templates.pot file so that I give it to
the guy currently working on the French translation.

And don't forget doing the German version AND ask to
debian-l10n-german about proof review..:-)
