reassign 677527 wvstreams severity 677527 serious thanks Found this bug is in libwvstreams4.6-extras package which is binary from the source package wvstreams. Marking this serious because it renders wvdial completely useless. Mobile broadband users like me are in no way able to use the internet. This issue was not there in previous release latest upgrade caused me this issue. Also looks like this issue is also reported in upstream http://code.google.com/p/wvstreams/issues/detail?id=35&can=1&q=wvtask by slackware user. So this may not be completely related wvstreams itself may be it is related dependent library upgrade
