As I couldn't find anything in the Logs i'm not sure. What I know is: I upgraded virtualbox-guest-x11, virtualbox-guest-utils, virtualbox-guest-dkms from 4.1.16-dfsg-1 to 4.1.16-dfsg-2 in the morning. I got the problems. I rebooted the hostsystem and the client (the latter three times.) Problem was reproduceable. I downgraded to 4.1.16-dfsg-1 and rebooted the client-system, the problem didn't show up again for the last 24hours.
