Package: mc Version: 3:4.8.3-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I had a full disc when I saved a file in mcedit. It gave me an error message that it can not be saved. When I quited mceditor, I have seen that not only changes were lost but whole file content was lost - file's length became zero. Please fix it, or pass it to mc developers. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (900, 'stable-updates'), (900, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages mc depends on: ii e2fslibs 1.42.2-2 ii libc6 2.13-33 ii libcomerr2 1.42.2-2 ii libglib2.0-0 2.32.3-1 ii libgpm2 1.20.4-4 ii libslang2 2.2.4-10 ii mc-data 3:4.8.3-2 Versions of packages mc recommends: ii mime-support 3.52-1 ii perl 5.14.2-11 ii unzip 6.0-6 Versions of packages mc suggests: ii arj 3.10.22-10 ii bzip2 1.0.6-1 ii catdvi <none> ii dbview <none> ii djvulibre-bin <none> ii file 5.11-1 ii gv <none> ii imagemagick 8:6.7.7.2-1 ii links | w3m | lynx <none> ii odt2txt 0.4+git20100620-1+b1 ii okular [pdf-viewer] 4:4.7.4-2 ii python 2.7.2-10 ii python-boto <none> ii python-tz <none> ii zip 3.0-5 -- Configuration Files: /etc/mc/mc.ext changed [not included] -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
