I think I have found a reason for this bug:
I downloaded Flash-plugin from www.adobe.com by hand. After unpacking
ls-command gave this output:
install_flash_player_11_linux.i386.tar.xz libflashplayer.so readme.txt usr/
Command "tree usr" gave this output:

That file called readme.txt says this among other things:
o Copy the Flash Player Local Settings configurations files to the /usr
directory. At the prompt type:
+ sudo cp -r usr/* /usr
When I give commnd "update-flashplugin-nonfree --install --verbose",
it seems that it do not handle copying of that usr-directory, at all.
Hence, I did that copying of usr-directory by hand. I also needed some
chown-commands to fix owners of files.
But my Flash-plugin stil do not work! So, please fix this ASAP!
