Sure, that's not obvious in the beginning..:-). I'd suggest you ask on debian-l10n-indonesian if you need help. IIRC, a few contributors there can help you...and do that in Indonesian... For the record, I sent your translation and it became bug report number 677118 : http://bugs.debian.org/677118 The bug report will be closed when the maintainer of the iconga package uploads a version that includes your translation.
