please fix dch, there are several things wrong with it now: • it defaults to appending • it no longer fixes the clock when using -a • with -i the distribution defaults to UNRELEASED Some of them can apparently be changed with configuration files, but not with e.g. environment settings, and deploying them is a PITA. The last item may actually break binNMU scripts. So please fix dch and let it behave like before.
