I've been debugging the issue here, but need some more information.
The following is listed in the attached debug log:
+ [ -h /dev/disk/by-uuid/18fce26f-1cf9-4475-8127-7592ab2194ac ]
+ [ x/dev/disk/by-uuid/18fce26f-1cf9-4475-8127-7592ab2194ac = x ]
It looks like /dev/disk/by-uuid/18fce26f-1cf9-4475-8127-7592ab2194ac is
not a symlink, which causes everything to fail.
Could you tell me what udev version you have installed, and also give
me the output of 'ls -la /dev/disk/by-uuid'?
