Note that besides checking the apache logs for indications of where
there may be issues, there is also the files in /tmp/ledgersmb. Besides
the sql being used to do the conversion, which is 1.2-1.3-upgrade.sql,
there's also the dblog* files. Errors in the dblog_stderr file refer to
lines in the 1.2-1.3-upgrade.sql
