I'm sorry, I have no idea how to do this. I have been using the live-build web-frontend at http://live-build.debian.net/cgi-bin/live-build , which I see is still using live-build 3.0~a45-1.
You wrote that you were unable to reproduce the problem with current sid, were you able to reproduce it with a previous version?
