So far, I didn't have the time to build a jquery 1.4.4 package. Because jquery.js in trac upstream not only is minified, but not build from source (which is more complicated than I thought) the previous state (dependency on the current jquery package) is restored for now. This will probably bring back some problems users had before with certain plugins, unfortunately.
