Package: libgeier0
Version: 0.13-1
Severity: important

When I start the taxbird program, it complains
    func=xmlSecCheckVersionExt:file=xmlsec.c:line=170:obj=unknown:subj=unknown:
    error=1:xmlsec library function failed:mode=abi compatible;
    expected minor version=2;real minor version=2;
    expected subminor version=18;real subminor version=14
libgeier: loaded xmlsec library version is not compatible.

Sending data to the Revenue Service is then not possible.

The problem seems to be too restrictive version requirements libxmlsec,
because after recompiling libgeier0 from source with testing build-deps
fixes the problem.
