Package: python-scitools Version: 0.8-2 Severity: normal Hi!
There is a bug in the file BoxField.py, in the function dolfin_function2BoxField(dolfin_function, dolfin_mesh, division, uniform_mesh=True) It is referred to a variable "u" which doesn't exist. Looking at upstream, this seems to have been fixed and references to u have been replaced with references to "dolfin_function". However, it would be nice to have this fix in Debian, since I am not able to run e.g. the example vcp2D.py from the FENICS pythan tutorial, and a lot of python-dolfin programs might not work due to this. As a temporary fix, I will make the necessary modifications manually in my BoxField.py, and hope that will work. Thanks Torquil M.
