Hello,

ugene currently FTBFS in experimental:

src/bowtie/alphabet.h:49:3: error: 'reverseInPlace' was not declared in this
scope, and no declarations were found by argument-dependent lookup at the point
of instantiation [-fpermissive]
src/bowtie/alphabet.h:75:20: note: 'template<class TStr> void
reverseInPlace(TStr&)' declared here, later in the translation unit

See the full attached build log. This is probably due to the gcc-4.7
switch.
