Dear Maintainer,

I found a fairly simple code snippet online that adds support for a deadzone
with joysticks. This would make certain dos games much more playable with
dosbox (eg Tie Fighter).

The code can be found here:
http://vogons.zetafleet.com/viewtopic.php?t=24832&sid=fcc0d8f236e399973266cba8bf22a5f9

Additional lines would also need to be added to dosbox.conf (sample and
explanation)

Thanks for your time,

Mark
