This is reformatting that happens when original PO files were previously not formatted with 78-column layout. It's pretty much like going through "msgcat"....so, in short, it's harmless. This is caused by calling "debconf-updatepo" before the call for translations. And, as a consequence, it's not worth mentioning in the changelog.
