Package: fai-setup-storage
Version: 4.0
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I configure FAI to setup-storage with enabling LVM.

After boot, FAI client fails at setup-storage with non-zero
exit code. the log says:
.... after parted ...
    Finding all volume groups
    Finding volume group "vg"
Executing: mdadm --examine --scan --verbose -c partitions
Executing: wipefs -a /dev/sda1
Executing: vgchange -a n main
Executing: wipefs -a vg/lv
Command had non-zero exit code

I guess that before wipefs, it would be needed to execute "vgchange -a y".

regards,
