power: Fix icon updates
gnome-settings-daemon commit 07b1ed63016 removed the custom 'Changed'
DBus signal in favor of the standard 'PropertiesChanged' signal, so
use that instead to update the icon.
Will add a Breaks: gnome-shell (<< 3.4) to gnome-settings-daemon
and a Depends: gnome-settins-daemon (>= 3.4) to gnome-shell.
