Thanks for the bug. I'm torn about the best place for this: mpich*-bin, or libmpich*-dev. The manual includes information relevant to both, and they both suggest each other... My inclination is to say: "Most people with libmpich1.0-dev will have mpich-bin, but many people might have mpich-bin but not libmpich1.0-dev," so put it in mpich-bin with a link from /usr/share/doc/libmpich1.0-dev/ in that package too. Makes sense?
