As the author and maintainer of this application (pacpl), I can assure you
that Ogg::Vorbis::Header::PurePerl is by no means a "drop-in replacement".
All functionality for modifying ogg tags is currently (and likely will
always be) unimplemented. The ::PurePerl version is good for nothing more
than 'reading' ogg tags. After spending a day or so looking for
alternatives, Ogg::Vorbis::Header is still the best option I have seen thus
far for 'writing' ogg tags/comments.

I am of course open to suggestions, so if anyone has another module that
will do the same, I'm all ears.
