Package: mx Severity: normal As clutter-gesture has been abandoned by its developers, it's probably not a good idea for mx (used by cheese, evolution, & totem) to depend on it. For that reason, it looks like Ubuntu will be dropping the dependency so that clutter-gesture won't have to be in Ubuntu "main". Does anything even use clutter-gesture?
Last commit to upstream repository was 2 years ago: http://gitorious.org/mx-toolkit/clutter-gesture Touch and gestures have seen quite a bit of work in the past 2 years as xorg-server now supports touch. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers quantal-updates APT policy: (500, 'quantal-updates'), (500, 'quantal-security'), (500, 'quantal'), (100, 'quantal-backports') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.4.0-2-generic (SMP w/2 CPU cores) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
