in sarg-reports man page there is the following text:

 Check before using the sarg-reports that the  following  variables  are
 set to file /etc/sarg/sarg.conf

but all the following variables (SARG, CONFIG, ...) are not in
/etc/sarg/sarg.conf . Instead, they are all in /etc/sarg/sarg/reports.conf
