Package: update-manager-core Version: 0.200.5-1 Severity: normal Tags: d-i upstream
When one simply run the update-manager, if one take a close look during the process, clicking to watch the "terminal" window, he will notice this message: Error: "/var/tmp/kdecache-<user>" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0. It looks like there is no problem after the update, though. Maybe it should not report as "error", but "warning". Also, googling for the error gives a lot of hits in other distros (and programs). Some report kdesu/sudo problems. I do not have (at least that I know of) problems with other programs, just this one. My distro is plain, only updated via synaptic, no strange software installed.
