Thanks for the report. I see what you mean even in 3.01-1, so I'll
forward it upstream.

The document looks quite trashed in gpdf, which is based on xpdf 3.00,
so I'm surprised you got even that far :-| On AcroRead 6 on Windows the
document insists on running full screen so they are probably being evil
in the document.
