Cheops is no longer maintained upstream and I dedicate a small amount of time to keeping it in shape. So I might do it, but no idea when. I'm actually looking into packaging cheops-ng instead and removing cheops from the archive, which might be a best move in the long run as cheops-ng is more actively maintained upstream and offers the same functionality.
