Package: imlib11-dev Severity: important Version: 1.9.14-20 As the subject says, imlib-config is not available with the most recent version of imlib11-dev installed. (It seems to be there but diverted to imlib-config.distrib.) This is causing packages, e.g. amsn and fnlib, to FTBFS.
