Package: backintime-kde
Version: 1.0.8-1

Same here:

SyntaxError:('invalid syntax', ('/usr/bin/backintime-kde4', 20, 11, 'if [ -f app.py ]; then\n'))

File "/usr/bin/backintime-kde4", line 20
    if [ -f app.py ]; then
              ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

I have:

python:
  Installed: 2.7.2-10
--
python-kde4:
  Installed: 4:4.7.4-2+b1
--
python-qt4:
  Installed: 4.9.1-3
--
backintime-kde:
  Installed: 1.0.8-1
--
backintime-common:
  Installed: 1.0.8-1

Looks like I am going to "dive into python" before I can backup ;-)
