Package: debhelper
Version: 9.20120513
Severity: normal

Contrary to what is stated in the changelog, debhelper does not depend
on a newer dpkg, instead the dependency on dpkg-dev was bumped. This
appears to be an oversight since dpkg-deb is part of dpkg, not dpkg-dev.
