I'd suggest subscribing to the chromium package through the PTS[1] if you haven't already. Then some tasks that might be useful would be: - convincing the build system to stop using -Werror (bug#671994) - checking if non Debian-specific bugs are already reported upstream and forwarding them if not - using more system copies of libraries instead of embedded code copies - forwarding patches to optionally use system copies of libraries upstream (http://crbug.com/28287 tracks this). - simplifying and documenting debian/rules - understanding how debian/copyright is generated and convincing it to: - use correct DEP-5 syntax (see copyright-format.html from the debian-policy package) - combine stanzas that have no difference aside from copyright dates - plenty of other things :) Sorry for the slow reply. If there is anything I or anyone else can do to help, just ask.
