Package: man2html
Version: 1.6g-6

While packaging man2html for Fedora, I got the following format string
warnings from the manwhatis shipped by Debian:

manwhatis.c: In function 'make_index':
manwhatis.c:294:13: warning: format '%c' expects argument of type
'int', but argument 3 has type 'size_t' [-Wformat]
manwhatis.c:294:13: warning: format '%c' expects argument of type
'int', but argument 4 has type 'size_t' [-Wformat]
manwhatis.c:340:13: warning: format '%c' expects argument of type
'int', but argument 3 has type 'size_t' [-Wformat]
manwhatis.c:340:13: warning: format '%c' expects argument of type
'int', but argument 4 has type 'size_t' [-Wformat]

The attached patch fixes them.
