I solved the problem, due to the presence of two USB device.
In my last output (mount) there are /dev/sr0 and /dev/sr1

These devices are: 
- Onda MW833UP (umts USB pen drive)
- LG DVDRAM GP08NU20 (USB CD-ROM)

I've detached the first device before booting the installer
CD and the grub-installer now works.
I'm sorry to have created a bug on debian installer, but this 
means that sometimes after you install the system files and
the kernel, the device name from where get the package 
'grub-pc' may look different.
