Package: fontconfig
Version: 2.9.0-3
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

An upgrade of the fontconfig package failed on my fairly new weezy install.
Looking through the output of apt-get I found:
  Processing triggers for install-info ...
  Setting up fontconfig-config (2.9.0-3) ...
rmdir: failed to remove `/var/lib/defoma/fontconfig.d/': Directory not empty
  dpkg: error processing fontconfig-config (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of libfontconfig1:amd64:
   libfontconfig1:amd64 depends on fontconfig-config (= 2.9.0-3); however:
Package fontconfig-config is not configured yet.
This resulted in all upgradeable packages to be not configured.

This let me to move the one file in there (sudo mv
/var/lib/defoma/fontconfig.d/id-cache) and retry the upgrade. This worked and
the system upgrade installed and configured all needed packages.

Looking at /var/lib/dpkg/info/fontconfig.postinst I believe that 'rmdir
--ignore-fail-on-non-empty \{\} \;' did not do its job. I don't know why I
have a file in the fontconfig.d directory or what the file does. I hope this
helps.

GRTX Daniel
